How to book:

Please email   ysambart@gmail.com  and outline

1) Your Name and SCA name and SCA group and your contact details
2) Your membership status
3) Whether you would like to apply to receive a cabin or not
4) How you wish to pay
5) Any special considerations you would like us to try and accommodate: (Allergies, disabilities, privacy etc)

Payment Options: 
In order of preference:

1) BSB Bank transfer to the group bank account. Once BSB payment is requested an email containing the group BSB, Account Number and Account name will be sent. This method HAS CLOSED closes one week before the event.
2) Gate Payment: Pay the constable at the gate. Exact change MUST be provided.


Once this email has been received it will be published in the bookings Google document.

Event fees:

Booked after Easter until Closing of Bookings/ Gate Price:
Full Event SCA Memeber Camping: $80
Full Event  Non - Memeber Camping: $85

Full Event SCA Memeber Cabin: $110
Full Event  Non - Memeber Cabin: $115
(9 spots at the gate)

If the bookings fill, there will be no Gate price. If bookings fill the only gate option available will be the Tournament Only Price and Camping, non - catered.


Tournament only SCA Members:  $20 (unlimited availability)
Tournament only SCA Non- Members:  $25 (unlimited availability)


Camping, not catered SCA Members:  $35 (unlimited availability)
Camping, not catered SCA Non- Members:  $40 (unlimited availability)



Feast only SCA Members:  $40 (limited availability)
Feast only SCA Non- Members:  $45 (limited availability)
